Donald Trump has, in the last several years, capitalized on a Biblical principle. No joke. His popular television show, "The Apprentice" is predicated on the idea that if we want to be successful, we will position ourselves to learn from those who have already gone where we want to go. Jesus himself called twelve ordinary people to apprentice his spiritual leadership; North Harbor's mission is ultimately to see Mainers apprentice their lives after Christ.
But, aside from that general apprenticeship, sometimes we need extra opportunities to learn how to become leaders in God's kingdom. Dan and Lisa are deeply grateful to have had the chance to "study under" various church planters and creative leaders and are passionate about offering the same opportunities to others seeking to learn what church can look like in the Northeast.
