It started as a daydream. Images of families and students and empty-nesters pouring into an open facility in Maine looking for something that would grab them. Make them come alive. Help them connect with God. There would be incredible music -- like what you might hear at a concert, and multimedia -- like what you might see at the movies, and teaching -- like what might just change the course of someone's life.
This was the vision in Dan Wells' head as he visited his hometown of Topsham, Maine on holidays while he was living and working as a pastor in Ohio. Maine is known to be an area where spirituality is a hot topic, but church typically is not. Dan's passion is to see a church raised up in Maine that would be so relevant to people's everyday lives, that would so surprise them with excellence and creativity, that people would be all but beating down the doors to come once the word was out.
